Brigham was very professional and transparent with his inspections. He took 2 hours to complete his inspection! I thought that was a lot of time for him to be thorough and inspect all the main things that needed to be addressed. He was able to describe things to myself (first home buyer) very relatable and easy to understand. His report was detailed and had lots of recommendations of what to expect or how to handle things in the home that he thought were of a concern. He was also very respectable when inspecting the home and didn’t track in any mud, dirt, or debris from the outside. Another great thing was that when we needed an inspection he was there the next day. It was nice and refreshing to me when he would go over things in the inspection, he wouldn’t sugar coat anything and give it to me straight. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend him as your inspector!
